Purpose
The
purpose
of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to describe the standard process of dMed project change management. This
process is to ensures the changes are
in control so that Business Operation continuous, service providing systems
remain in a validated state and all contracted Business Services are still in a
state of technical and business readiness.

Process Scope
This
SOP applies to all projects conducted in dMed
which requested change management includes not limited to scope, timeline,
resource and budget change.

Target Audience
·
Project Manager (PM), Functional Project
Coordinator (FPC), Business Development (BD), Proposal, Contract and Pricing
(PCP), Project Finance Manager (PFM), Clinical Trial Associate (CTA), other relevant
delegated representative.

All dMed colleagues including those parties whom dMed
contracted to perform described activities.
